DSTV service suspended

I set up my monthly payments to be made by credit card on DSTV's website a couple of years ago now.
This debit has been processed to my credit card satisfactorily every month for all this time.
Suddenly this month the charge to my credit card has not been processed by DSTV, for some unknown reason and now the premium of R704.50 remains unpaid.
Unfortunately I was not aware of this until this morning when I find my DSTV subscription suspended.
I have tried sorting this matter out on DSTV online, but I seem to have been blocked from all pages that relate to my account. I actually receive the message "access denied"
I have then phoned DSTV but they could not tell me what went wrong and nor were they sure of how much I need to pay in in order to get the service restored.
All I could establish is that they now expect me to pay a fee to have the service reinstated, when this seems to have happened due to their inefficiency.
