Cut off DSTV over a long weekend??

Hi,

I am appalled that I received a warning on the LAST DAY (Thurs) before a long weekend that my DSTV was to be cut off due to my card expiring!

I have read your other pathetic responses on the same complaints, and yes we have received messages to replace our cards, but no reason given and NO date of DSTV being cut off! You let us know one day before a long weekend??? Seriously? How about a month warning? Or perhaps a week? even 2-3 days would have been better than what you did. And this is with people who pay on time every month and are loyal clients.

I had guests the entire weekend, but no DSTV.

I really hope you don't debit me today as I have no actual active DSTV service at home!

Seriously DSTV, could you not have thought of a better way of having done this?
