No DStv cards available - service cut off!!!

We've been with DStv since 2005. Not one month did we ever miss a payment. Received a message that our card will expire. I went to the Dstv offices, they advised me that they have no cards (they also don't know when they will receive???), but I don't have to worry, they will not cut off our service.

On the 30 March they cut off our Dstv. I phoned the call centre this morning, and realised that Dstv service is also not up to standard, The call centre agent advised me that he can't do anything to help me and that he also doesn't know when the pietersburg office will receive cards.

Now please tell me, should we now sit without Dstv until they someday receive new cards. Must I go there everyday, pay R3 parking only again to here that they don't have acrds. And I still have to pay for such service??? Sorry - NO SERVICE!!! If this card was so important, why don't your courier it to us?? No - you just cut the service??!!
