I UNINTENTIONALLY MADE A SHORT EFT PAYMENT TO DSTV OF R100 INSTEAD OF R104, 60, AND MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS SHORT PAYED WITH R4.60 AND MY DSTV WAS THAN SUSPENDED AND WAS TOLD TO PAY A R50 CONNECTION FEE AND THE R4.60 THAT WAS OMITTED. REALLY THAT IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE TO ME CAUSE DSTV IS ABLY TO CALCULATE HOW MUCH YOU PAY A DAY, SO WHAT WAS SO DIFFICULT THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLY TO CALCULATE HOW MUCH VIEWING TIME I PAYED FOR AND LET ME VIEW THAT TIME, AND THAN INFORM ME TO MAKE THAT PAYMENT OF R4.60, AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY A R50 CONNECTON FEE, WHERE THE ETHIC HAS GONE TO COMPANIES THEY ONLY THINK OF PROFIT AND THEMSELVE AND DO NOT CARE FOR US AS CONSUMERS FOR A R4.60 MY ACCOUNT HAD TO BE SUSPENDED, REALLY THAT DO NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME AT ALL, AND FOR CRYING OUT I HAVE HAD DSTV FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS AND ITS THE FIRST TIME THAT I EVER HAD SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER HAPPENING TO ME OF BEING ABLY NOT TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT AS YOU HAVE NOTICED I HAD CREDIT WITH DSTV SO I ALWAYS MAKE EXTRA PAYMENT FROM MY SUBSCRIPTION, NO MATTER HOW YOU CAN EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IS A POOR SERVICE, JUST FOR R4.60 MY ACCOUNT HAD TO BE SUSPENDED, WITHOUT MUCH COMMUNICATION TO ME.
