I have been a DSTV client for over 6 years now and in that time i have never missed or skipped payments. My debits used to go off the 26th of each month, now i pay manually. I pay between the 1-3 of each month. Dstv have now suspended my account because i did not pay by the 26th. Dstv now wants me to pay an additional R 50 re-connection fee (for somebody to push a button) I am absolutely disgusted with DSTV as mentioned i am not in arrears and pay on a different date and they still get their money monthly!
