I had a billing and logged a report about a month ago. Eventually it was resolved but I was skeptical even though the response to the query was amazingly fast.

I can now say the mstter is fully resolved, in fact way better that I expected.

Well done to Dineo, you have ensured we will remain customers for another 10 years at least as long as people like you are there to resolve issues so professionally and speedily.
