After continuously struggling with the same problem with DSTV, Sunday was the last straw. We have been calling the DSTV HELPLINE for the past couple of months with the same problem. We have been wasting our money by calling the whole time and not getting the problem sorted out. If we call them we are on the phone for 45 minutes. Why is there no option of DSTV calling us back or a FREE helpline? It is unacceptable. We pay over a thousand rand a month for the PVR and then for half of the month the service is not available. Now we have to call them and hold on the line for up to an hour sometimes and waste more money. It is unacceptable and DSTV should be ashamed!! I can't remember the exact time of the incident. But there calls are recorded.
