Ridiculous holding time

I tried calling multichoice on sunday the 31 03 2013 @ 19H19 wanting to upgrade and i was holding for a good 9minutes and 25 seconds and i ended up dropping the call, lost my airtime and didn't get what I want.as i am typing this i am holding again for them its 08 minutes already. this is not on, how does a person get service from you if we can't reach you. this are not free calls, my airtime my time and still not get help. you need to get more staff because you clearly not coping with the current one you have or you plain don't care about your customers. i mean there is so many complaints already about the same thing but nothing is being done about this. unfortunately you do not have a competition and you are using this to your advantage. its now 11 minute holding.
