Well, I phoned mulitichoice sometimes in december and asked for a specific amount that i must pay to be able to view until the 21st december 2012 as I was to move out of my flat on that date. I paid the amount i was advised to pay and to my suprise i received a call from multichoice`s debt collectors end of february to say my account is outstanding. on the 04th March i called the call centre to enquire, The guy i spoke to told me that my dstv was only disconnected on the 08th Januaury 2013. Off which is their fault. he promised to escalate the matter and that i will be contacted before end of the week with feedback. it is now the third week and Multichoice hasnt contacted me except for their debt collecters who sends me smses that i must pay. I feel so disappointed that Multichoice treats their customers like this.
