Multichoice
MULTICHOICE - BAD SERVICE!!!

I have been a multi choice account holder for many years but what a sad experience this has been.
On 10 December 2012 they over deducted (by mistake) R413 via debitorder from me.
They undertook on 18 December 2012 to repay the amount immediately back into my account.
I have contacted them several times and everytime the response are that they are behind with payments but that i can expect payment this week.
As from today i havent received any payment or feedback and i think the service that im receiving from multichoice is shocking!!!
