I called the multichoice's call centre, somewhere around the begining of February and spoke to a guy named Shanon, whom I had requested him to change my method of payment from debit order to cash and the date of payment from the 20th to the 01st of every month. I then told by shanon that the date has been chaged and he wil escalate my query to the department that changed payment methods and I will contacted within 2 hours of that same day, but I never received any calls, I then made a follow up after a week and I spoke to a guy by name of Thabo, who acknowledged that my query was received and dates were chaged but the method of payment was not changed, I asked him to change it, I told it wil be changed by the supervisor, which I never told the name of.at my suprise on the 22/02/2013, my account was then suspended, due unpaid prorata amount which was suppose to have not been paid, which I was not aware off and two agents failled to advise me of.and now Multichoice refuses to activate my account and wants me to pay the prorata amount first and I am not wiiling to pay that prorata amount, as it is not my fault that two agents were incompetant and my account got suspended. I am stil waiting feedback
