A week after getting my account sorted, Multichoice have again. After spending more then 30 mins on the phone with the call centre agent my problem is still not fixed. A MANAGER from Multichoice was supposed to call me with in half an hour, but no suprise, he hasnt called. The MANAGER in question is UNITY MORE.
UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH MULTICHOICE.
