RATHER ORDER FROM [URL Removed] OR BT GAMES

I have Placed a order for 3 items (Three X Box Games) - ref numbers: SM-3342390/3345257/3345251 on 26 February and I was charged 3 x R39 for Delivery. Why is it R39 for delivery if it can be sent at once? I was informed on 12 March that 2 of the 3 items are out of stock - does it really take 14 days just to let me know that you have not got stock. Why do So Music advertise items that is not in stock? Rather buy from [URL Removed] because you pay no delivery on any orders of R250 or more and you do not wait so long for items. BT Games is R370 or more and also you do not have to wait so long. Now that I was told that the items are out of stock after 14 days I still have to wait for 7 to 21 working days according to the SMS that So Music can get the stock from somewhere else. In total 21 days today that I am waiting for the other 2 orders. I see on this website (HelloPeter.com) there are plenty of complaints of So Music - I am not surprised.
