On 20 Nov 2013 I paid an amount of R 600.00 to my DSTV account. On 23 Nov 2013 my service was cut off. On 23 Nov 2103 I paid another R 800.00. I contacted DSTV on the same date and was informed that the R 600.00 was not reflecting, I was informed to e-mail the proof of payment to Nompumelelo Xhosa, which I did. I was informed that the refund will take approximately 4-7 days. I still have npt received any feedback and have made various follow up calls since then. I just want a refund of the last amount R 800.00 I paid, without being charged for a reconnection fee, as I made the paymen tof R 600.00 to Multichoice the same way I always do. It appears that there must be a system problem at Multichoice.

I think the service is poor, As I have phoned the call centre about 6 times and I am, no closer to resolving the problem.
