Being billed without service

I am being handed over to the lawyers for an amount of R251 by Multichoice. I have made numerous calls (about 12) and no 1 can assist me. I have been promised that managers and supervisors would call me, and to date no 1 has contacted me. I moved houses in December 2012 and my services was disconnected. NO 1 AT MULTICHOICE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO HOW I OWE THEM THAT AMOUNT.The customer services told me themselves that the error was on their side as this is a "pay as you go" service. If you dont pay, u dont watch. DSTV is useless and the service is PATHETIC
