DSTV not cancelled at holiday house as requested

To whom it may concern.

The first week in February I phoned the Multichoice call centre and asked for my DSTv at my holiday house to be connected on the 7th /8th of February and to be disconnected on the 11/12 of February 2013.

I also phoned in on Friday the 8th of March for it to be connected again until today the 11 of March only to be told that it was still connected form the 7/8th of February.

Could you please trace the call and reimburse my account from the 11/12 of February until the 7th of March 2013.

My husband was with me in the car as I requested the above, he overheard the conversation and is able confirm the above mentioned request.

without any feedback after a outamatic reponse on 3/11/2013 #3219431 and a promise of reponse asap I had to reconnect my holiday view again only to realize it was again not disconnected as requested. ref of calls: 17/4 129248035; 27/4 129844819. I thank you Susara Swanepoel
