SIX WEEKS AND MY QUERY IS STILL UNRESOLVED

On the 24th of December 2012 I called Multichoice to upgrade to a PVR. Numerous times during that call I had asked the consultant what the cost will be and she kept giving me an 'x' amount. On the 28th of January I was debited for an obscene amount and when I had queried it with Multichoice that night, I was advised that I was billed for two decoders. I disputed that saying that I was advised that I will be paying 'y' amount and requested a call retrieval for the conversation on the 24th. I was told that I will be contacted in 7 working days but was not. I then called Multichoice again and was told that I will be contacted within 7 working days. Again, nothing happened. I then contacted Multichoice for the third time and was again told that I will be contacted within 7 working days and guess what??? Nothing happened.

Today marks the 4th time that I have contacted Multichoice and the consultant (as friendly as she was) did not or was not able to provide me with any relevant feedback.

DSTV professes to provide top quality service at all times, sadly I have not seen it this time
