I went to your Service Centre today and it was a Total waste of time. From the moment I entered the Centre, the lady refered me to an empy station. The consultant was nowhere to be seen. I went back to the Reception and refered to another one who was busy chatting with his friend while I waited. After an hour of talking with Three people, one of them was supposedly a Manager that would not take any responsibility. I left without any assistance and I still do not have any service.
I was told to contact the Installer myself and pay for the service, even though this was installed less than a year ago.
My whole day was spoiled by Ignorant and Incompetent staff, that could not care less about the client service.
It is a pity that in South Africa Multichoice does not really have competition, so you do not really care about your clients knowing very well that we do not have much of a choice but to just endure the pathetic service we get from you.
