Disgusting lack of Responsibility from Multichoice

On the 2nd of March my father purchased a PVR Decoder from Multichoice in Randburg. On the 4th of March a DSTV recommended and approved installed, Satellite Discovery (Installer accreditation 211 346 - Trevor) installed the device. On the 5th of March the decoder was not recording on select DSTV Channels, so my father and my brother contacted the DSTV contact centre on 2 occasions who confirmed on both occasions that the signal of the decoder was being received at 100% They also suggested that the decoder could be faulty. My father returned the decoder & received another unit. The problem persisted with the decoder not recording on selected channels & my father returned once again to DSTV only to be told that the fault with the installation. Since Thursday we have tried to get Trevor from Satellite Discovery (Installer) to attend to the matter & he has continued to stall his service delivery & PUT THE PHONE DOWN on us. DSTV refuse to take responsibility & apparently TREVOR should NOT be an Accredited installer if this is how he treats DSTV Clients. Who's is going to fix this before I let this rip on Social Media
