Everyday for the last 2 months i had a scrambled picture from 8am to 5pm.
I called the customer care and then get put through to the technical department where i spend approximately 25-30min per call for useless information.
I keep on telling the people in the technical department that i already did what they tell me to do.
I was told to contact an installer to check the installation and was told its in order
Now I'm told i must take the decoder to the nearest multichoice office, why would the decoder only be faulty between the mentioned times.
I am paying for a 24 hour service, but only get to enjoy half of it. I think i must go back to the reliable bunny aerial with no monthly subscription and incompetent call centre agents.
