I have been calling the call centre the whole day just to report a problem i'm experiencing, I have paid the subscription and asked the consultants at Jabulani Mall to connect my DSTV and when I got home I had no connection, Then I waited about 2 hours hoping ill be connected but no luck. I called the contact centre and waited hours for my call to be answered. This is a waste of time and money? HOURS but no assistance, have wasted MY AIRTIME. I am going to miss out on some important programmes and yet I have paid my account??? Can someone explain how Multichoice can AVOID their customers like this. Im fully convinced they care not about their customers. This is worse service I have ever had in my whole years of being a customer, It is beyond me how I can receive such poor service - so disappointed... "sad for days"
