After 20 mins of holding for a consultant at mulTichoice durban call centre, I eventually cut the call..It is the first time that I've come across a multi million rand corporate that is too miserly to pay and employ more staff at its call centre as this is obviously the problem..how cheap and pathetic. Mind you this has been going on for years so even though multichoice may apologise, they have no intention on changing or improving their service. A quick google search indicates that there are numerous complaints regarding this exact issue dating back to April 2013 so where I ask is the improvement. As for the staff that work there, that's another story. Their decoders are also hopeless more especially after they switched to the hd pvrs. Some movies jam and freeze, some record without sound. When is multichoice going to wake up?. This is what happens when there is insufficient competition... pathetic service
