Multichoice I really really hate you

So I pay my account on debit order for man years and keep getting a message checking subscription status, which never goes away. This has just happened during the formula one race, so I have to miss it. Obviously the call centre requires you key in the id number for help, but that of course does not work. This is absolute bull, Mutlichoice has no real competition so they obviously dont care about support. They sell us inferior decoders that fail all the time and we have to waste time taking them in. I hate you multichoice you are pathetic and one of the wors when it comes to service.
