I called the call centre spoke to Sme Xulu who could not help me with my request she than transfered me to Divashne Abid who is the manager who pretended that she cares about my situation, however she refered me to the Dental risk company. just to find out that its just a way of brushing me off. when i called the dental risk company they could not understand why she refered me to them as there was nothing they could do to assist me. Divashne is a super awesome consultant when it comes to brushing clients off, as she knows that the client will not easily get hold of her once the client calls back. I am utterly disgusted in her referring me to the dental risk department who could not assist me. i asked her for Discoveries internal complaint department and she gave me the dental risk companies details. I feel that she does not respect me as a client and that she dont need me as a customer within discovery. I would like to cancel my medical aid as i now know that i am not a valued client. i need 1 crown to be done that cost R3200 which i was told that the medical aid does not cover cause i am a key care plus member " THE UNDER PRIVILLAGE MEMBERSHIP" i
