Failure to reconnect xtra view

Call centre staff not able to reconnect xtra view. Got two different views within hours. Customer must pay for extended calls to call centre and in the end also pay for local supplier to fix minor setting on decoder! Multichoice could not care but every month payments must be made. Supervisor on duty on 29 dec did not call me. I assume that my problem is not important enough! Or what is the criteria to determine who must be called and who not? Is it just coincidence that every year in December my silver decoder is ' faulty'? Why does multichoice have a service that is not properly working or call centre staff that is not competent enough to assist customers? But they could not care less - as long as I pay every month.
The extra mile is not an option for multichoice or are certain customers treated differently? Poor customer service.
Wish there were competition for multichoice but they know it is them or nothing else - that is why they could not care less about certain customers.
No Afrikaans speaking staff at call centre. Is this in line with the language policy of government? How many Afrikaans speaking customers do they have? Are we not important enough?
