Bad service from Jolene

Good day,

I hope this finds you well.

On the 28th between 13h00-14h00, my wife went inside KFC outlet in parklands main road and whilst she was standing in the queeu one of the cashiers/frontline staff was chatting to a friend that was also standing next to my wife. After a while he called next and it was my wife that he had to serve. All this time I was in my car infront of the store. During that moment out of anger I came out of the car asked my wife why did she go to Jolene considering that he didn't care about servicing her but already at that time she already called her order. Whilst this Jolene was busy packing the order he was still busy chatting with the same client. I asked him is this the kind of service he renderes to clients and he ignored us completely. I then asked for a manager and narrated the story to the client, instead of Jolene to be apologetic or show remorse, he had the same attitude to his manager as a result we left the store unhappy and I informed the manager that am gonna publish this on hello peter.
