Continuous complaints loss of signal

Every week I experience the same signal problems with the signal, recording and box office. I have complained on numerous occassions and the problem persists.

DSTV told me it is not their prolem I need to get a technician to check my installation. The technician came out to check and told me that it could be the decoder that is faulty. I took the decoder to DSTV customer service centre and they said it was that the hard drive was too full because of the recodings. The decoder was formatted and the prolem still persists. It is costing me lots of money in telephone calls as I have to wait in the que and then spend 20-30 minutes talking to an agent who solves the problem temporarily. How do I continue to pay for such poor service? I would like to escalate this as a matter of urgency!
