BAD SERVICE

Our dstv had a problem and we tried calling the technicians the whole weekend and they were promising to come of which they never came, we called another technician yesterday he came and check and said the problem the problem is with the decoder we must pay R350 for him to fix it, I took it to other technician for test she said the decoder is fine I must pay R350 for them to go and search signal at home, now I am confused
