On-going HD PVR problems fixed in 10 mins

For months i have been frustrated with the poor performance of the HD PVR - freezing, problems with fast-forwarding and rewinding functions, really slow response times etc etc.

And i see complaints by many on this site on the same issues.

My advice is to take your decoder into the Multichoice Centre - yesterday it was really bad (after 5 reboots still no sucess) so i took my PVR in. Consultant i went to knew exactly what the problem was and within 10 mins all was fixed.
Not only that but my PVR is now super-fast!
