Bad attitude and even worse service backup

This morning our DSTV decoded showed a 6E1 error. After trying to resolve the problem with various staff (Vonile, Lazarus, Kelebogile, pat, Nombi) the problem still exists, I pay in advance for 12 months and is still payed up. These people have a bad attitude and are not willing to assist or supply adresses or tel numbers of nearest DSTV offices to which I am supposed to take the decoder as their failed update is causing the problem - where to now their attitude stinks Alex
