Its been 2 weeks later... multichoice sent out "their" DSTV technician to our home to check the problem based on our weeks of contacting call centre and my 1st complaint logged on hello peter. Tech' came out & advised he would contact "our" technician as our dish was positioned in a way that the eaves was distorting the signal. He was to meet "our" tech at our home to ensure this was reviewed and positioned according to his assessment of our problem. Well..."Our" technician" arrived, "dropped" the positioning of the dish so to avoid the hindrance to the signall quality and YET a week later, we are experiancing EXACTLY the same issues, PvR decoder looses signal, primary decoder looses signal and on Sunday we attempted to hire a movie on Box office and I paid for 3xsms's in my attempt to hire the movie and no response received! So... what's next multichoice, the fact that know one person even bothered to follow up (after many days of no signal) and despite paying the FULL X-Tra VIEW premium and if I may add check your records, never a month of NON-PAYMENT for the past 10 years! PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Deduct and pay for no signal, no come-back's, poor service!!!
