I paid in. The 1st of FEbruary to be cut off troday and now I have to. Phone them, I hace to go on line nd prove payment, I havce to use my money to get their service running. I have tro listen to a stream of options at my cost.. What reimbursement do I get9 net alone get charged for a service I am not receivinngf.

In November 1e I suspended my service on the 2nd and they charged me for an extra week when I reconnected.
