I called in this morning to get assistance with paying our dstv account. The consultant advised me of the amount I needed to pay&i made payment immediately&called back to get my service connected. The lady spoke told me that someone will call me to help me get our extrview decoder connected&she was struggling. I waited for the call&apparently someone called&hung up. We then called again&they said theyl call us back but is 15:30&still no help. Now I've already wasted over R100 worth of airtime trying to get assistance but still nothing has been done. I feel that as a paying customer my needs should be met with urgency. A couple of mins ago I called again&the consultant made me hold after told her that my airtime was running out. I need multichoice to solve my problem right NOW!!! My patience has run totally out.
