I really believe that the Managing Director of Multichoice deserves nothing else but to be fired. How on earth do you proudly mention you are leading the one organisation in the country that rips clients off and makes them hold on for ages when calling into the call centre!? Since over three hours ago, I have been trying to call in to speak to a consultant, with no luck, The self service option that one is referred to on [URL Removed] does not even work (givern error session may have expired when I just logged on). SMS'd error, with no luck. Since I have had DSTV years ago the call centre issue has always been a problem and no one earning the big salaries at Multichoice has bothered to use half a brain cell to figure out ways of offering customers (who they earn their salaries from by the way) a more pleasurable experience when dealing with/contacing Multichoice call centre for assistance.
Where on earth has anyone been "caller number 100" and expected to wait patiently! How anyone who is a leader/manager at Multichoice ignores this serious challenge for so many years is totally beyond me. What a mess! Calling Multichoice is a whole evening job, pity I get no earnings for this!
