Hello Peter

I was paying my bills via Internet as per normal. I then accidentally paid Multi Choice R4400 instead of the agreed R450. I also had forgotten that i requested a Debt Order to go off my account at the end of each month. I didn't notice this error till i read my bank statement on the 27/02/2013. At which point i then called Multi Choice and informed them of this mistake. The consultant said she would notify their Finance Department. Three (3) days later I called Multi Choice again to confirm the status of my refund, regretfully the consult told me it wasn't logged by the first consultant i spoke to. He then said he would forward it to Finance. Today, 4/03/2013 I called Multi Choice for the third time. Again this consultant said he also doesn't see any report logged and i must forward a proof of payment. Peter, this situation isn't being escalated far enough by the consultants of Multi Choice. The service I'm getting from the consultants of Multi Choice is of utter disregard to me as a customer. I admit I'm to blame for this miss-typing, however the fact it isn't being dealt with at all is frustrating. Please intervene going forward.
