DSTV service is bad

Hi, I connected a new account on Saturday (25/01). Not everyone have cellphone contracts so I loaded some money on my PayAsYouGo account because I suspected my connection to take a while. When the agent answered I asked them to phone me back due to my costs and they said they cannot phone outbound, only inbound. That I accepted. The call cost me R80. I had to phone back again due to my decoder being faulty. Loaded more airtime and this time the call cost me R60. Yesterday I came home to find my DSTV disconnected. After holding the line for 12mins (total time 18mins), someone answered and connected me again, but the call cost me R66. That is a total of R206 just to keep my DSTV up and running. I am not impressed DSTV. What company cannot call back their customers in the first place and then you DISCONNECT me on the day I receive my salary. Your debit orders go down on the 3rd of every month. You did not even give me a chance to make ANY kind of payment to you and then the notice on the screen even said I should pay a connection fee (thank you for at least clearing me of paying that). I am so frustrated with DSTV, Look up my account with my ID nr. I don't have it on me.
