Ever since activating XTRAVIEW, I have had nothing but problems. I will be posting a separate, detailed complaint about that next week. Last night, all of a sudden, I lost picture & signal on all channels on my HD PVR.Not to mention, the thing keeps rebooting every 12 - 15 hours. Tried calling the MC CALL CENTRE, but couldn't get through to any CALL CENTRES, country wide - every single number was engaged. After 3 & 1/2 HOURS, I finally got through, then wasted the next 2 HOURS waiting on the phone like an for someone to answer, before having the good sense to finally hang-up. Then decided to try to find my own solution on the internet. Came up with one that restored picture & signal, but still have no EPG, BOX OFFICE, or CATCH-UP at all. With the amount (A SMALL FORTUNE) in fees that MULTICHOICE & DSTV charge us, THEIR SERVICE STINKS!!! - I HAVE HALF A MIND TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION & SAY TO WITH IT ALL! - THANKS FOR NOTHING, DSTV & MULTICHOICE!!! - To top it all off, after every call, they expect you to take a call survey, as if they're doing such a wonderful job keeping customers satisfied to begin with! - The next time, I will take that survey, letting them know exactly how I feel!
