Hello Peter, I must say I am extremely disgusted by the way Multichoice runs its operation. If you don't pay they automatically switch you off, so the right thing would be to pay so you are not disconnected. Imagine my horror after paying my subscription for the next two months and agreeing with a call centre agent that they have received said funds, I get home my DSTV plays for a little while, then gives me a message that my subscription has been suspended. I, again through my cost, call the call centre anticipating to be helped, and am on hold for 20 minutes before I cut the call as I was on my cellphone. I again try them and hold on for close to 15minutes before I get through to someone who tells me that on their side, it shows that my subscription is valid, but on my side I'm telling her that it says my subscription has been suspended. Now I wasted a whole R100.00 worth of airtime and my query still remains not resolved, meanwhile I have paid these people. So do I now need to waste more of my time and money calling them to fix a problem they caused on their side, or will they say I must get a technician, who I have to pay for this to be resolved. No way. FIX MY PROBLEM NOW DSTV
