Incorrect charges with false promises

Hi DSTV,

Unfortunately I had to use Hello Peter to try & resolve my ongoing query as @dstvcare can't resolve, they tell me to phone call centre. Call centre agent try and assist. After 20 minutes he put me on hold, and that where it ends, no call back no reply nothing. When you firstly phone and get told your number 35 in que you're not gonna talk to the same person. Lets put client on hold forever and hope he will go away?

History:
After at leats two prior attempts to get right service loaded, dstv keep loading additional packages without my knowlegde or permission, they then remove it to show credit. next month its just added again. Last lady I spoke to promise to get services correct, she promised to refund to my account an incorrect debit they took off by the end of the week, and then run a debit for the correct amount. This never happened! The the following week I send a returned debit order to my bank, because I leave the correct amount in the bank per debit order. Now they cut my service saying there was an unpaid debit order?? and I must pay reconnection fee. This while my monthly subs is suppose to be only R49 for mobile drifta insurance of R5 = R54 . PLEASE HELP
