During in the beginning of March, I requested a debit order and downgrade of my services. This was never done and my services were disconnected. I then called again in on 5 April, when my services was disconnected and dealt with both an agent and supervisor and once again requested a debit order and downgrade. I have been held randsom by Multichoice who fail to follow my requests and demand payment to reconnect. My services would never have been disconnected had Mutilchoice done thier job. Again today I call querying why my debit order has not been processed. Once again I have had to request the same thing. For three months and three requests later my issue has yet to be resolved. I have demanded from your call centre that they pull the telephone calls to verify my discussions as your calls are recorded. I have to spend hours on the phone with DSTV with no luck. I have been told that it is my tough that DSTV did not do thier job and I should have followed up again. How many times do I have to follow up and request the same thing.
