BEEN CUT OFF 3x FROM MY MULTICHOICE SUBSCRIPTION

To whom it may concern,

This is the third time that my Mutlichoice subscription has been cut off and I am completely and utterly DISGUSTED with the service from Multichoice and DSTV.

I have only been a DSTV customer since August 2012. The first time my Multichoice was cut, my account had not been setup to debit my Bank Account. I then setup my own debit order. The 2nd time, I had not been informed of the Price Increases in January 2013 (either by SMS or by Email) and the service was cut. At that time I setup a Debit Order with a Call Centre Agent from Multichoice to debit my Capitec account automatically and I also asked for my notification service to be setup, as I had had an sms notification service before to remind me of the date for payment. Now, the 3rd time my line has been cut because the Capitec Debit Order was not setup by the call centre agent when I confirmed with her the last time I spoke to her (January/February 2013) that it HAD been setup.

I am sick and tired of such an absolutely horrendous service. I don't understand why I am even paying so much money when my service gets cut every 1-2 months for their inefficiencies.
