Some guy paid into our DSTV account incorrectly, when DTSV rectified the incorrect payments they allocated too much money to the other guys account, leaving us in arrears. I have submitted my proof of payments to numerous agents more than once. The result is that our DSTV keeps getting disconnected, I end up making a call to DTSV, explaining my story then end up with the reconnection fee bill as well. This is a monthly reoccurance, I am now at my wits end, how long can it take to solve this query? If I cancel my subscription I still set with the arrears, and whom is going to refund me for the days we had no viewing even though payment has been made. We pay the subscription every month and yet no one is willing to assist us.
