I called in with a minor technical problem regarding my screens display and was told by the lady to reset my PVR to factory settings. I didn't want to do this because I didn't want to wipe my harddrive clean so the lady suggested I do a hard reset. I asked her to hold for a second so I can go switch the power off and on again. When I got back to the phone she refused to speak to me - I could hear her breathing on the phone (ignoring me completely) as well as making jokes with co-workers about how this is still holding on for her for nearly 20 minutes!
I called back and spoke to someone else who sorted the display problem without the need for any resetting or formatting.

This is the worst service I have ever received and think it's pathetic that we are charged an arm and a leg to deal with completely incapable and unprofessional people.
