RESET FACTORY SETTINGS, stuck without TV

Just sick and tired of Multichoice and their monopoly in the entertainment industry. They lose the signal or whatever for HD PVR and we spend 3 phone calls on hold for 30 minutes each sorting it out and resetting all factory settings and then calling again because Xtraview needs to be set up again and yet, after a week, we still sit with everything out of sorts. The factory reset messed up all our settings in our house and now we have to call out a technician and pay a R400 callout fee for them to retune and fix everything, WHY ON EARTH DO WE HAVE TO PAY? It's not our mistake! it's multichoice's!! and when i complain to the call centre guy on DSTV he has no idea how to resolve it! I want my R400 call out fee for a technician to be credited to my DSTV account. it's . not only do i have to continue to pay for my dstv every month, but I'm not getting all of my services that i pay for until i get a technician out. And multichoice hasn't offered to send their own technician at their own cost or nothing. customer service that comes with having the monopoly in this country. I guess multichoice just dont care. it's not like i can go anywhere else for better service, right?
