Poor service

I went to watch The Hobbit last night at 20:45 and when we ordered our drinks and so on, the gentleman didn't even greet us and said "come over here". On asking for slush puppy he said they are out of stock and could not give us a reason why. He then preceded to take his time to get 1 box of popcorn and 2 cold drinks, in the end we wanted to leave because of the service provided. How does a company not have stock of a item most people go to movies for? Secondly the popcorn was stale and had to returned it as your popcorn is not fresh. Thirdly we where only allowed into the cinema at 21:00 because they where still cleaning up. Then the lights where left on with the last trailers which one could not see properly. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have come across and did not enjoy the experience. Not to mention it was not even busy.
