Called into the call center again this morning regarding ADSL line off for 4 days in a row now. The guy took details down and then told me that all it required was for him to reset on his system, it is appears all synchronized on their side he just need to reset the profile and it will be back up running. Only after about 8 min into the conversation suddenly he asked for a company registration no as a security check to prevent, I told him I don;t have it off hand at 7:15 a.m @ home, so he says no then he cannot do it. When I asked surely there must be other ways to do security check when you have all my other details including ID nos, etc... he then just went silent while still keeping me on the line for minutes and refused to respond. What kind of service is this? You can;t say from beginning that you need company registration to help with query?? you investigated all the way till the end and say you know where the problem is and then refused to assist?? What are you trying to prevent when the only thing you have for security check is a company registration no???

Is pathetic and the attitude of your agent on the call center is completely unacceptable!!!
