I took out a CellC data contract for my Ipad. I called the technical support line. I was holding on the phone for 35min and my call got cut. I redialed and i finally got to speak to somebody after holding another 40min.

The consultant talked me through the process and troubleshooting. With no luck a case was logged. 3 days later i still had "NO SERVICE". I called again and held for 30 minutes before the call got answered. We walked through the troubleshooting process again, with no luck, and My case was escalated. Two days later my internet worked.

Not a week later i once again had "NO SERVICE". called the call center again and the technician told me that the settings were reset on the CellC system. The technician told me that he didn't know what the problem was and that i should take my micro card to one of their stores and test it. He offered no trouble shooting and his attitude was APPALLING! he refused to give me his name and refused to let me speak to another consultant. It is almost a week later and i still have "NO SERVICE".

CELLC is the WORST data / internet supplier. I lodged a complaint with the consumer board as i am paying for a service that is NEVER available!!!
