ACCOUNT WRONGLY DISCONNECTED!!!

I have had DSTV for many years. In December I had extra view installed and since then it has been a nightmare. My DSTV has been connected for non payment as it shows as a cash account!!! After numerous calls and explanations that the debit order goes off my company account nothing has happened.

I sat on the phone for 2hrs yesterday (06 Jan 2014) with a consultant from the call centre. After investigating it was found that the mistake was on the part of Multichoice and that it would be fixed promptly. I even sent my bank statement as proof that it gets paid every month and received ref no 4490518. I was promised that it would be reconnected by yesterday and up to now- NOTHING!!!

I am trying to get through to the call centre today again and there seems to be something wrong with lines. This is the worst service that I have received from Multichoice ever.

All that has to happen for this to be fixed is the old and new smart card no's be consolidated onto one account and the debit order amount needs to be amended!!! Can somebody please get this right.

This has been going on for more that a month already and I am highly agitated.
