Good day,
After your reply last month (on Hellopeter.com) I was connected for few weeks.
But since the 28th of December I have to phone AGAIN EVERY DAY. I really have enough not sure who is paying for my tel. account. I thought that I would like to upgrade next month but with this stress to phone daily I think most properly not to have anything to do with this service would be better.
I am disconnected every morning and the call center agents tell me everyday another story. Once I was told I have to pay R 8.50 (no idea for what) but anyway I paid straight away R 10.--next day I am told 'not sure why you disconnected, I connect now' today: 'Your account is in credit with R 36 Rand (why did I have to pay R 8.50?) sorry about the inconvenience I will connect now..'
I am sure that I will be disconnected again tomorrow. So please can you check what is going on? You wrote to me last month that my account is up-to-date, I paid on the 26th of Dec. R 176.--and than 2 days later another R 10 (for what I am not sure) so it's not the payment.
