Bad bad service!...I'm so frustrated!!!

I made my monthly payment, as always on the 30th May, but found myself disconnected a few days later. I contacted the call centre and was told to go into the offices. Once there I was told to come back with a bank statement as they can not pick up my payment. How is this possible as firstly I make my payments via EFT.Multichoice is listed as a beneficiary so the details are the same every month! It's a matter of pressing pay only.! LL loo ng story, short, after 4 Times to the bank and Multicoice, endless phone calls and 15 unanswered emails... the matter is still not rectified! I still get disconnected every month. They have the proof from my bank, Shirley Mhlongo promised to sort things out and I won't get disconnected... all that meant nothing... she just does not get back to me, and I was once again disconnected. That is now R200 in disconnection fees and my account still shows in arrears.
Can someone... anyone! just contact me and resolve this problem... it's going for more than 4 months now!
